The food is guaranteed to not have been genetically modified and without hormones or antibiotics used as factors in their growth. Plus, the fish oils used in the composition of the products have been especially chosen for their high level of polyunsaturated fatty acids.
Freshness is guaranteed; the freshest trout are used with each new order. The eggs are laid between December and January.
After being laid in the fish farm, they arrive at the factory where they are sorted, prepared and packaged.
