The crabs come from England, they are also called Bread Crab. They have very large bodies, often stay in the deep ocean with around 11 ℃. Since they act too slow, they rarely move which make them store much paste inside the bodies. Bread crabs are described to have the most paste compare to other crabs in the world.
The taste of the crab paste is not too strong but unique, you may taste them with seafood soup.
