Chicken Skin Dumplings

This is a popular snack in Izakaya, replacing traditional dumpling skin with chicken skin. After deep-frying, the skin is golden and crisp, and the filling is tender and juicy. The chicken skin is very fragrant and the fillings are full, with chicken, vegetables, mushrooms and seasonings.
Air-fry: Fry at 180 degrees for 10 minutes and then at 200 degrees for 2 minutes.
