Terms and Conditions
* Ocean Card applies to physical stores purchase only
* The applicants must show their Original Ocean Card to enjoy the membership discount when they purchase at Ocean Three.
* The Card deposit and discounts can be used on self-pick up order.
* The applicant have to notify us and re- submit "Ocean Card Application Form" when the Ocean Card is lost, the card owner would be subjected $100 as the administrative costs. Ocean Three will inform the card owner once the replacement is ready, the process would take 5-7 working days.
* To cancel the Ocean Card service, the remain balance will not be refunded immediately, the card owner needs to submit the "Ocean Card Cancellation Request Form" and $200 for administrative costs, Ocean Card must be held not less than 30 days before cancellation request.
* Each applicant contains one Ocean Card account only.
* For Refund: The remain balance would be bank transferred to the card owner within 5-7 business days.
* If the Ocean Card, is lost, please call 3421 0103 to notify our staff to suspend the card immediately. Otherwise, all responsibility has nothing to do with Ocean Three.
* To suspend or resume the ocean card, the applicant have to contact us and provide card owner’s name, phone number, address for identity verification.
* Ocean Card Rewards and rebate apply to physical stores only.
* All the information provided from the applicant (application form, copies of any personal data, etc.) , is for Ocean Card applications and audit only, all information is confidential. (The administrative fee will not be refunded)

Terms of Service
Oysters and Shellfish:
After receipt, please check the goods clearly, if found any omission, you can contact us at 3421 0103 immediately, we will make arrangement as soon as possible.
If found oysters and shellfish opening the shell, you can tap the oysters and shellfish or you can put them into ice water for several minutes, it will shut as usual. If found oysters and shellfish continued to maintain open, please keep them and take pictures, and send e-mail to us: email@example.com, we will soon make proper arrangements.
We advise to eat immediately in the date of receipt, if not consumed immediately, please place the oysters and shellfish fresh stored in the refrigerator (3°C - 5°C) during storage and covered with wet towels. (We recommend consumed immediately after receipt).
Please put the oysters and shellfish into ice water for 5 – 10 minutes for cleaning the microbes of surface, if found any parasitic on surface, this is a normal phenomenon, simply wash can be eaten.
We do not attach any tools to open oysters, condiments and oyster shucking service. (Customers can order separately, if necessary.)
After receipt, please store the fresh sashimi in the refrigerator (3°C - 5°C), until it was taken before eating.
After receipt, please store the frozen sashimi in the freezer (0 °C or below), until it was moved to refrigerator to defrost. (Refer to our recipes for defrosting method.)
If sashimi found bleeding water, this is a normal phenomenon. Please drained the bleeding water, it may be safe to eat.
Any sashimi food, preparing ice dish before edible (clean dishes covered with ice, and then sealed with plastic wrap), and then placed the sashimi on ice dish.
We do not include any kind of sashimi seasonings. (Please order separately, if necessary.)
Please eat before the expiry date.
When storing, please do not put anything on the meat or piles, otherwise, the meat would accelerate the phenomenon of oxidation and discolor. While the humidity and temperature due to factors to normal oxidation to make the meat dark brown, it does not change the taste of the meat can be safe to eat.
Fat distribution and proportion of meat products are all factors that cannot be controlled, we will only sell to the weight of the standard price of meat.
Member Points system:
Members can earn redemption point, if order through website.
All the redemption point balance will be all cleared on 31st March every year. All members please use those balance before 30th March and the points obtained on 31st March would not be affected.
If OCEAN THREE found there are any abnormal change about the redemption point, we reserve the right to make any changes without notice.
The expiry date of Oysters and fresh sashimi is 2 days after receipt, if customer have any questions or complaints, please contact us as soon as possible. If customers failed to reflect the quality problems or complaints about the food, we will NOT be a accepted.
Since oysters and sashimi and other fresh foods susceptible to flight problems, resulting in their inability to provide some food on the order, we will contact the customer immediately. If unable to contact the customers before the delivery, we will cancel the food.
In case of any dispute, OCEAN THREE DEVELOPMENT LIMITED reserves the right of final decision.
