The sashimi provided are frozen (except salmon). Please keep them in the fridge below 0°C if you are not going to eat them on the delivery day. Otherwise, you may thaw out slowly by putting them in the fridge around 4°C-6°C. There are no big differences between frozen and fresh frozen sashimi. If you want to defrost quickly, you can wrap the sashimi in a zipper bag and flush it with water (do not flush directly to the sashimi, otherwise the original taste will be lost)
1. Spot Shrimps: Remove the tail first, hold the head and eat it starting from the tail part. Then open the head to eat the shrimp paste, it is always the best part!
2. Scallops: Pour away the water left after defrosting and eat them with soy sauce.
Way to Defrost: We usually put them in the fridge (meat keeper) the night before the eating day.
You may put them into tape water (do not destroy the packing) and wait for around 30 minutes which can thaw out the meat fast.
Do not use microwave oven to defrost!
Way to Cook:
Firstly, add some coarse salt and many pepper randomly on the steak. Then preheat a pan and put a small piece of butter (around 10-20g). The steak smells nicer and becomes softer by adding butter.
Cook over medium heat for the time depends on how you would like your steak and the thickness of it. After cooking the steak, place it on the plate for around 2-3 minutes so as to enjoy the best juicy steak!
All the foie gras products we provide are imported directly from the production place, you only need to simply handle them for enjoying the delicious and high quality foie gras.
Firstly, flavor it with some condiments like salt and pepper. Then apply some plain flour on the surface evenly. Pan fried it for around a minute per side over medium heat without oil, serve it until the surface turns golden yellow. You are suggested to eat the foie gras with sweet or sour seasoning or food so as to reduce the greasy feeling.
All the Spanish hams we provide are imported directly from the production place, you only need simple match to taste them.
For instance, red wine, hami melon, bread or milkshake can be great matches.
You may also enjoy the hams alone.
1. Take out from the fridge and place it under room temperature for around 30 minutes.
2. On the other hand, you can put a plate into the microwave oven and heat for 30 seconds first. Then take the hams out from the fridge and put them all on the hot plate.
(Do not heat the ham in the microwave oven directly)
